Delete your Trezzit account

In the app: open Profile and tap Delete account, or go to app.trezzit.com/delete-account and sign in.

You'll confirm with a code we email you (or your password, Google or Apple).

What happens #

1. Any balance you still have with someone is closed with a note (for example "Closed when Alex deleted their account. No money moved.") The people affected are told. Settle up first if you'd like to pay what you owe.
2. You leave every group. Bills you shared stay for the others, shown as "Removed User". Groups where you're the only member are deleted.
3. Your personal expenses, bills only you were in, their receipts, your profile, sign-ins, connected AI apps and notifications are deleted.
4. Backups roll off within 93 days.

You have 14 days to change your mind. Sign in before the date shown and choose Keep my account. After that, deletion can't be undone. You can sign up again with the same email as a new account.
